I designed a case management system with my client the Northern Trust from the ground up - from exploratory user research and business analysis to design patterns and agile product development.

For this large service design initiative at McDonalds, I designed and conducted research behind-the-scenes at restaurants across the U.S. and Canada. We mapped the complex information environment experienced by employees.
